Flowing with life

Life carries us to places, in situations and encounters – without our involvement.

If we allow life to show us the next step – and it always shows us only the next step – we confidently go our blessed way of life in the now.

We bear burdens with dignity and opportunities and tasks seem to arise quite naturally.

It becomes difficult for us when we try to follow our own invented paths and life seems very difficult to us when we go back. Back to the past, back to old places, back to outlived encounters.

It takes courage and trust to listen to life in silence and to live the next impulses without knowing what will happen next; without knowing what’s next.

Life demands effort and relaxation from us again and again. Action and rest. Although it is wise for a human being to think of consequences and to prepare for winter, the soul wants to gather its experiences, live its themes and deepen its encounters. We once invested a whole incarnation, today the soul wants to experience its theme and then move forward. So it happens that today we often learn 2 or 3 professions. We have several marriages and families, live on several continents, evolve from artist to teacher to healer in a single life! The speed of our development has multiplied in a short time. This makes it all the more important to recognize the cycles of life: to be active, to let go, and rest.

We must never convince ourselves that we have failed – we have no time to lose and life goes on forever – always forward into new worlds of experience and dimensions.

Let in, be active, let go and rest – in the circle of life we grow, mature, and eventually return home: to ourselves.

Healing or accompanying

Many of us feel the need to help, alleviate suffering, and in the best case, heal others.

How nice would it be if a healing conversation, a healing touch, a healing remedy would completely free the other person from his tormenting topic!

The time of the great healers seems to be over and even the need to heal becomes a little stale: Why heal? Why remove a circumstance, when the other has not yet been able to fully experience himself within this situation?

Recognizing the universal connections between growth and development makes it clear that true healing comes from within, is voluntary, and follows the cycles of understanding, knowing, and letting go.

Every illness, every psychological pain in every hour and minute is a question: Who are you? And we are challenged to live our individual response of dignity and freedom of thought.

Thus the soul grows, becomes richer, and understands the circle of compassion.

This way, the great healers of yesterday become compassionate companions of today. We are allowed every experience to expand our souls. Introspection and letting go complete the experience.

Old souls know: It is as it is, in eternal movement, in growth and rest, we become the answer that life, in eternal question, asks us.

About pain

Stay still in the eye of the storm – pause. When the body is in pain or distress, the world implodes; it becomes small. The range of experience shrinks to the limits of one’s physique.

This artificial reduction of life often prepares us for a large opening that follows the pain like exhalation follows inhalation.

Physical pain is often rooted in unresolved emotions. The reduction makes it easier for us to surrender to life, accept what cannot be changed, and feel (and then let go) what we have been trying to suppress for some time.

Pain acts as a magnifying glass: magnifying, clarifying, making visible.

To rest with the pain, feel it, and let go of the causative emotions brings us completely into the physical life experience, the body with its laws, the psyche with its mechanics, and the soul laughs.

The soul understands that the physical experience that connects us more strongly to the field of the earth ultimately expands the soul.

This does not have to be done through physical pain or illness: we can voluntarily connect with the realms of nature and expand in joy and serenity– however, pain is an often chosen path as pain is a powerful catalyst.

Those who allow themselves to feel the pain, to accept it as part of life, will find it easy just to let minor annoyances be there because they have developed equanimity, becoming neutral in the world.

The acceptance of physical pain and physical distress is the supreme discipline of the incarnation process as an individual experience. The soul draws more integration, breadth, compassion, and understanding from these experiences.

In this strong attachment to the planet, where the body surrenders in disease as part of humanity, the power and weight of life become palpable.

A soul without the weight of experience roams the planet as a light breeze and soon forgets that it was here at all.

A soul with rich experience, great weight, a deep understanding of life, and how to fully incarnate and be fully absorbed in ecstatic subtlety will move mountains.

Never despair because you are in pain. Instead, breathe, surrender and trust.

You will gain the density of a diamond emerging from the depths of the earth, in infinite beauty, into the sunlight.

The Transforming Power of Fire

Each of the four elements has its own power and role.

The elements complement each other, balancing the planet and harmonizing our earth’s blueprint. They operate both in their delicate and fine form and with elemental force. The elements have a constructive, holding, as well as destructive, renewing, and purifying effect.

Water cleanses and clarifies. Water brings things into the flow and carries away the old. Sometimes delicate, gentle, and soothing, sometimes in a force that does not allow resistance. Surrendering completely to Water allows us to refresh, our tears to flow. We learn to let go. We learn to flow with life and to give up resistance. Surrendering to Water can be very healing. So many past burdens are solved, and we become soft, letting go of harshness and bitterness.

The Earth element holds and embraces us. It nourishes us, invites us to eat, lay down in surrender, and BE part of the planet. Through our connection with the earth, we feel our physical strength, our drive for action. We cannot fall from the earth. It holds us in infinite Love.

The Wind refreshes us. The air element clears our thoughts, aerates our cells. So that nothing heavy is endured anymore, even stuck things are carried along, whirled around. The Wind and Air invite you to the great spring cleaning of the soul. They remind us to live our lightness and joy, to allow fresh momentum in.

The supreme art of Fire is transformation.

Fire transforms everything it touches and leaves nothing unturned. When we encounter the fire element, we get purified in our depths, cleared, and rediscover ourselves. Troubles and worries that are handed over to the Fire turn into opportunities and prove in their new form how useful they were.

Pain handed over to the Fire reveals its message; we find its root cause and recognize its value in the resulting change of perspective.

When we go through the symbolic Fire, we become neutral and find the pure power of our soul.

Your inner guidance

Stillness spreads. Silence is getting louder. There is a special power in the moments, those rare moments in which everything becomes silent, simply “is,” while the self-evident nature of being that cannot be other than perfect arises.

Everything is possible. Everything is an invitation to dance. The more subtle the movement, the greater the opening in dimensions that we recognize as home.

Being human reflects a soul’s choice to voluntarily scale down, incarnate and focus on this small world. The little things of everyday life, the idea of linear time, the absurdity of the finitude of relationships and encounters.

When we laugh, the soul becomes free – we forget that the body is so small because, in laughter, we overcome any limitation and, with a little distance, we perceive the earth as a cosmic joke in which we joyfully and playfully take our place.

Grief brings the soul closer to the web of the earth and connects us with structures and details. Unfortunately, grief is so lost in the minutiae of human life that it leaves the body uninhabited. Like tears, we flow out and find it difficult to return to ourselves.

Anger puts us in action and drives us to change. It does not tolerate any delay in voluntarily changing our lives. When we resist it, anger erupts and becomes destructive.

Doubts bring us into the details and protect us from acting too quickly. However, when doubts persist for a long time, they take on a life of their own and create the obstacles that make success impossible – then we despair.

Fear keeps us in polarity to love. It separates us, shrinks our world, isolates and paralyzes us. Fear protects us from sacrificing our physical integrity to an idea and keeps and defines us as individuals. When we follow fear too much, we coalesce into the crowd. Our soul gets mired in little things, and we lose our vision and the magic in life.

We perceive love as a field in motion. It holds a space where we can act, heal, build, repair, and strive. But, on the other hand, if love is directed outwards, it flows back to us to the same extent. It is always free, always in motion, and endless in its nature. It is the force that unites the poles, the only language that can be felt both as human beings and souls. Thus, it forms the common denominator in duality.

Bliss is the state in which the rules of linear chronology are abolished, and we fully embody the quality and knowledge of the soul.

Emotions are potent pointers. When recognized as such, we lose the fear of feeling them without weighing us down. They are your inner guidance. So look closely: your joy guides you to a fulfilling life path.

The healing power of your eyes

I am because you see me. When your eyes look at me, I exist in a context in which I have never experienced myself before.

All your memories and knowledge look, see, experience my face. In your memories, I am part of you. Your experiences reveal more of who I am. Now, I see that you see me: that I am.

We heal each other – constantly. With every attention, every line, every reaction, or at any turn.

“I see you” is the most powerful medicine I know. Sometimes it is wordless, sometimes without touch, yet it changes everything.

Being seen releases loneliness, dissolves fear, and reminds us that we are in EVERYTHING. You occur in every life that is a witness that you are here. You’re found in every plant that processes what you breathe out. You carry the same iron in your blood as the planet in the realm of metals. You drink the same water that lay over the mountains as fog.

When a pair of eyes meets us, we remember who we are. In the depth of our eyes, we see what paths we have taken, what has happened to us, and how we have lived.

I experience myself because you see me.

There is nothing left to do.

Now you are here; now I am here.

About knowledge

Knowledge is a universal treasure that is accessible to all people. Human, universal knowledge goes far beyond the mind, intellect, and pure experience. Relaxation and silence create space and dialogue from which the certainty emerges: This is true, just as it is.

You are the master of your life, and no authority will be able to guess what is best for you: you just know it.

In the calm, in the silence, in warmth, and security, power comes to the surface, grasps your being, and you know with unshakeable clarity: this is my truth.

Everything is recorded. The earth’s electromagnetic field holds the wisdom of all things, the direction of all life paths, and the power to stay here on earth – to really be here.

How much of yourself can you have today? Can you be, in your own company, in dialogue with your inner wisdom? When all television, all computer games, alcohol and drugs, excessive food, and all gap fillers have become stale and leave you empty, when everything is silent:

What can you hear? Which questions do you have?

You may hear: Go to sleep; you’re tired. Or do you hear: this therapy is not for me. You may hear: it would be better to live in another house. Or do you hear: I chose my profession out of fear…

Listen well. When the voices of everyday life, of the body, and the “measuring and considering” are implemented and silenced in everyday life, other truths reach you:

The greatness of life. The breathing of the forests. The bustle of the birds that connect heaven and earth. The resilience of the trees.

Do you feel the hand that holds all life? Do you smell the fire that cleanses all life? Do you hear the sounds that connect all life?

Do you know that you are?

Do you know who you are now?

Quantum words in your head

Words, expressions, and idioms have their own very special vibration. While the word ‘smile’ vibrates highly, the expression ‘laugh at’ carries a low frequency. ‘Tackling’ vibrates higher than ‘tearing’ and ‘caressing’ higher than ‘hitting’.

Words can also vibrate high or low in context. Thus, in a loving context, the expression ‘to take care’ can vibrate high, while a controlling intension dramatically slows down the frequency of the expression.

Words that we use continuously in our thoughts – and repeat countless times in the course of the day – have a strong effect on us. They can slow us down, make us sad or angry, put us in sluggish fatigue, or, on the contrary, motivate, inspire, amuse, heal us.

Words in our heads are like doors: some close our lives, keep us at bay and isolate us. Others are opening, they bring things into flow and offer new possibilities.

Since we live in polarity and in the paradigm of duality, there are not only opening and closing thoughts. Every situation, whether pleasant or painful, is subject to duality and offers the opportunity to open up or isolate oneself. Each opening decreases resistance. Where there is no resistance, no collision is possible. If we don’t collide with reality, we won’t break from it.

Painful experiences are inevitable in being human. The body becomes sick or unforeseen suffering happens. Pain is part of the experience in polarity. Suffering, on the other hand, does not have to be.

Accepting the pain is a first healing step that can lead to more expansion and opening, to a kind of relaxation into the situation.

Suffering, on the other hand, is self-generated and is nourished and maintained by closed, isolating thoughts – words in our heads.

It is of little help now to push away reality while in a painful life situation and force yourself to think about the flower’s smell and how beautiful today’s sunrise was all day long. Ultimately, this cannot be implemented in everyday life.

Freedom is not to experience only positive, constructive situations, but in every situation, whether uplifting or painful, to open or close life through thoughts.

Closing words such as:

‘You have left me. You don’t love me. I am alone. I have lost you.’ are extremely painful. They are painful because they reflect a physical reality that is the polar opposite of the soul’s truth.

The situation begins to open up when we use words like:

Nothing is ever lost. The memory of you is imprinted in my palm, I became myself because of you. I am at home within myself. I’m free.

What is causing you pain today?

Do YOU find an open door in your head that leads out of suffering?

Healing from the outside in

Do you love the rooms you live in? Do they offer you protection, security, peace, and the feeling of being at home?

Does your home inspire you because it leaves room for new things? Do the rooms hold and comfort you because they are warm, offer silence and calm you down?

Does the living room invite you to relax and socialize? Does the bedroom safely hold your body when you sleep and explore other dimensions? Does the bathroom give you the freedom to detach yourself from the old, refresh yourself and start anew?

Who inhabits your rooms? Do you expand and take them completely, or are there a lot of “dead corners” in your house – just good enough to hold things you no longer need?

The easiest way to heal a room so that it can fulfill what it was created for is to clean it.

Embark on a journey, just with a simple cloth. Explore each space with your hands, with your gestures, with your intention. Clean every corner and level.

Once freed from dust and dirt, rooms breathe a sigh of relief and are imbued with the loving intention of the person who cleanses them.

All thoughts, words, and events that have taken place in a living space are carried out with the fresh air of the open windows. The heaviness of the past recedes into the flow of cleansing water. Colors come alive when dust layers are removed.

The space becomes light. It finds its original function again and reverts into neutrality that allows people to express themselves anew.

What about the things in your rooms?

Do you love them?

Things we love give us strength, motivate and inspire us. When we clean them, we renew our love for our things and are touched again by their beauty.

Things we do not like take away our strength. They are a burden to be taken care of.

Therefore, fill your space with things you love. Choose wisely and cultivate your love for such space and things with care.

The cleaning of the outer space affects the inner space. Encrusted thought patterns break open; emotions become neutral when purified to the corners. Aired thought processes open up new worlds.

At last, you are at home. At home in your inner and outer space. Heal your thoughts and feelings by coming home.

About healing

Everything is to be found in everyone until we understand: There is only one thing in an eternal order, connected and held by intelligence that never falls out of balance.

The human field is self-regulating. The body finds its inner balance by connecting to the order of the planet, by expanding to its structures, and finding inspiration about how to align to the geometry and wisdom of life.

The jungles are healing the lungs, the mountains are healing the bones, the oceans inspire the water of the cells. Rain explains the kidneys and urinary system how to function. The sun heals the heart, the little animals heal the lymphatic system and the big animals are healing the muscles. The volcanic lava is healing the blood, and the wind heals the thoughts. The interaction of flora and fauna is healing the joints. Crystals heal the hormones and the communication within the systems. The deserts are healing the skin, herbs and grasses are healing the stomach and liver. Dawn and sunset are healing the eyes. Sources are healing held back tears. Insects heal the intestine. Flowers are healing the hair. Caves are healing hearing and smell. Every material thing finds its correspondence. So by expanding to all the planet’s structures, we are finding the order for our bodies.

The psyche heals in the vastness of the galaxy.

And the soul is free, moving through the multiverse.
